Terms
Gantry runs background jobs. We aim for 99.9 percent monthly availability on Team and Scale. Miss it and you get service credits: ten percent of the month under 99.9, twenty-five percent under 99.0.
Payloads and job data stay yours. We hold a license to process them only to run the service, and that license ends when you delete the project.
Monthly in advance, metered usage in arrears. Cancel any time and the plan ends at the end of the period. No refunds for a part month, no notice period, no termination fee.
No crypto mining, no sending unsolicited email, nothing illegal where we or you operate. We can suspend a project that puts the cluster at risk and we will tell you why, in writing, within an hour.
Capped at the fees you paid in the previous twelve months. We do not exclude liability for things that cannot be excluded, which is the usual list.
Thirty days notice for anything material, by email to the account address. Continuing to use the service after that counts as agreement.
