Privacy
Job payloads are stored encrypted and kept for the retention window on your plan: seven days on Free, thirty on Team, ninety on Scale. After that they are deleted nightly, including from backups within thirty-five days.
We do not read payloads. Support sees queue names, timings, attempt counts and error classes.
Account email and name, the audit log of dashboard actions, and billing details held by Stripe. We keep the last four digits of the card and nothing else about it.
Site analytics are first party and aggregate. No third party advertising pixels, no session recording.
Four subprocessors, all named on the security page with what each one sees: Amazon Web Services, Neon, Stripe and Postmark. We tell you thirty days before we add one.
Export everything as JSON lines from the CLI at any time. Ask for deletion and the whole project is wiped inside seven days with a written confirmation. If you are in the EU or the UK, the usual GDPR rights apply and privacy@gantry.dev is the address.
One cookie to keep you signed in and one to remember dark or light. No others, and no banner because there is nothing to consent to.
