The problem

Every deploy dropped whatever a worker was holding. Support found out from patients, which is the worst way to find out.

Leases and graceful shutdown mean a worker finishes what it took before it exits. Eleven deploys a day, nothing dropped since March.

The number that matters is zero, and it has been zero for six months. Before that it was maybe four a week and we only knew about the loud ones.
